Neutrals are my love....

I am happiest and at my most comfortable when I am wearing neutral shades. This is subject to change of course and maybe it is just the changing of the seasons that makes me want to tone things down. Ever get the feeling sometimes that the makeup is wearing you and not the other way around? That is how I have been feeling lately when I go crazy with color. So, here is my face today. I am totally loving it and here is what I used.

Magrittes as a base.
Naked Pigment on the entire lid, up to the brow bone but applied heaviest on the upper lid area.
Haux applied to the crease area.
Embark lightly applied along the upper lash line and in the outer third of the lid and blended into the outer crease.
Embark applied lightly along the lower lashline.

Shu Uemuera Peach 44 topped with a light dusting of Stereo Rose Skin Finish for the cheeks.

Nouveau Riche Lip Glass

I totally need to tweeze..haha.

Neutral must be the new trend, I've been going for more neutral and earthy looks lately. I only like wearing dramatic bold bright makeup at night if I'm going out. But during the day I like to look fresh and not made up!
You look great. I love all colors on you, and if you feel more comfortable in neutrals then go for it. Why not, it looks great on you!!!!

i agree with the too much makeup thing....for me, I feel like I'm hiding behind it....esp. when its practically caked on. It's not always good to depend on makeup, cuz it looks asthough you have no natural beauty...anyway....ur blush is beautiful, and keep up with this neutral look.
