i was very surprised to come across this...

Auction says it's a lipgloss and mascara in 1??Ok before I make any further comment the 12 set of cream eyeshadows palette ,she has for sale is deffo fake so

is this thingy??First time i have seen it

I haven't even looked but a lipgloss and mascara in one? It's a fakety fake from fakeland. Can't be anything else.

Look at it logically. Pro Longwear has two components - the colour and a gloss. This combination only has one of these two components so it's not a full product. While you can buy the glosses separately, you cannot buy the colours without a gloss.
