New feature on the UK website! MAC email an Artist!!

Hi everyone!

Did you get an email stating that now you can email an artist through the MAC website about any make up questions you got?? I did!!

I am so excited about this feature because i noticed in the American website we can have a live chat but due to time differences we are not always fortunate to try a live chat, so i am hoping this new feature on the UK website will be simmilar and we can get all the help we need

It's been up a couple of weeks at least... I've used it!!! They responded in about 2 days.

Dear Sally,
Thank you for that information. 'Stroke of Lust' Lipstick was a Lustre texture in a soft cool pink with a frost. Click here to view our Lustre Lipsticks in our current range. The closest to 'Stroke of Lust' would be 'Sweety'this is a fluffy tone pink.

I got the email too, its so exciting. Its really handy to have a MUA's opinion at the click of a button without having to go to the store.

i got an email too!! i normally do live chats on the usa website but it always seem a bit awkward, i become a bit conscious (sp?) of my englishness when im writing lol. hopefully we'll have live chats on the uk website soon!

Hi i used it last week to test it out i ended up asking what blot powder to buy for my skintone and they got back to me in a few hours, was quite impressed!!! i'll be using it all the time now xx

I was really confused about the e-mail as I've used the service on numerous occasions over the years. I've always had a response within 2-3 days at most. Hasn't it always been there or did it perhaps have a different name before? I thought it was odd that they were publicising it and assumed that they must be relaunching it. Hmm!
