I tried Parrot & Ingenue Blue on my hand one day & I swear IB is the non-frosted version of Parrot. I didn't know if anyone else noticed that. Maybe the IB could be worked in with really frosty bluish shades to try to recreate the color? Just a thought!

I love Ingenue Blue, so I guess I need Parrot too
You could try Freshwater over IB, or a mixture of Freshwater and White Wheat over IB or simply Blue Absinthe over IB... I have those colors, but I've never seen Parrot in real life...

On LJ awhile ago, someone posted a comparison of Blue Peep Fluidline dusted lightly with Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow and it was nearly identical to Parrot. (Though I don't own any of the three, so I'm just going by pictures)

Parrot was such a wonderful color. they really should re-release it. or maybe they're not as a marketing scheme so that all of us parrot-lovers buy two or three different things trying to recreate it. hm, tricky tricky.
