I couldn't believe a few of the SoftSacs were already sold out like right away when the stuff went online. Annoying, I must say.

These lustres seem to be a different texture.
They are more silky like a Veluxe Pearl, but sheerer...and more glittery.

We received them the other day and when I was playing with them, they seemed A LOT smoother than the original lustres.

I have heard that the original lustre shadow texture was being *looked into* because so many artists and customers were not happy with the chunkiness...that made it hard to work with....expecially for people who aren't as savvy about applcation as others.

Sooooo....it might be worth giving them a look next time you go to the counter. See if you think they are easier to work with. I'd beinterested to know what you all think

ita with u marshmallowfluffy.. the texture of these shadows are MUCH nicer than the old lustres.. i really like them and they all have such a pretty metallic sheen... (got a sneek peek from my lovely MA on sunday b4 they were released)

I bought three of them today from the website. I got nighttrain, fineshine, and chillblue. The cool thing was I had a free shipping code AND I didn't know that I didn't have to pay sales tax online!! yay. I probably saved myself about 8 bucks by ordering online

I'm really excited to get them now that I hear everyone talking about the great texture they have

I just ordered online and used the free shipping code and was shocked no sales tax. That saved me over 100 miles (round trip) and I figured if I don't like them I can swap them for ones I will used. Saved around $8 here too!

Yea i have some older lustres like swimming and I just got goldbit. I dont know if goldbit is part of that new formulation but it has a completely different feel...softer and the glitter doesnt come off as much....im thinking i need more goldbit..haha. But I think I will just look into these new colors instead.

i was just in hawaii and the MAC i went to had all the new lustrevisions in the Duty Free mall so i got my procard discount and paid no tax! it was the best day ever.
