Well, hi, everybody!
I'm Chelsea, 17, and living in Los Angeles.
I just started getting into makeup in the last few months, so I know practically nothing. I can't even pick out colors that look good on me yet. And I'm even worse at putting different colors together and that sort of stuff. But I'm here to learn.

I don't really know what else to say, except that I'm really learning to enjoy makeup, and I'm amazed at how talented you all are.
