Hello everyone!
My name is JoAnn and I'm a 30-something filipino-american from Memphis, TN. I recently started reading about makeup online when I was looking for other alternatives to dealing with my very oily skin. I wear very minimal makeup: brow powder, eyeliner and lip gloss. I haven't worn foundation since the late 1980s when I was in high school!
I've known about mineral makeup for a while but never delved into it. Now that I see that foundation makeup has changed in the last 20 years AND there are colors that will match my skintone, I'm eager to try it out!
For now, I'll probably lurk here for a few more weeks until I feel I've got something to contribute! LOL!
