newbie needs help

at first, sorry for my english, it´s not perfect at all

so, i´m planning to dye my hair...dark-chocolate-brown and maybe a bright purple in the neck....what do you think?

I think dark chocolota brown would work with your skintone but with purple I'm not too sure. Maybe if the brown was more on the auburn side or has some red tones to it then you could work in a deep fuschia.

To me purple works better with white blondes or black because with white blonde the contrast is very different so it looks striking and with black it's deep enough to blend with the black but still stand out, like a blue black.

Overall though go to your salon and have a consultation with a hair colorist and he/she will try to cater to what you want.

I think dark brown would looklovely on you. You could defenitely pull it off. Where do you want the brigh purple? As hilights or the ends?

I think the dark brown will look good on you, yet it looks like you already have that!

The bright purple should maybe be medium toned purple!

It depends on your style.....will you be able to wear purple hair with your clothes and style.

thanks for your answers...the thing is, i already had a bright purple in my neck (directions-plum) and it looked really good, but at that time, my haircolor was natural (really dark blond-medium brown)..so i think i will ask a friend, that is a hairstylist (but i´ve to wait till she comes back from her holidays

), if she can help me
