newbie to nars? help please!

so i'm pretty much new and i've heard rad reviews about nars products and i wanna try out their lipglosses but i have no idea what colors i should get them in? i would like something that actually shows up on my lips so it would be great to have other ladies' opinions on whether i look better with pinks, oranges or reds. any help is appreciated

&& i know you guys can't see it in the pictures but i do have freckles

I would get a peachy-pink color. I like the lipgloss Orgasm by Nars. Peachy-pink with golden shimmer.

I'm a HUGE advocate of Dolce Vita. Either lipstick or gloss...every woman I know looks good in it...and it's a gorgeous color. *swoon*

Orgasm *might* be too light for you. I am half south asian and it showed up nice, but it wasn't the best choice for me. I like Sandpiper. Next I will try Giza. IMO Nars makes the BEST lipglosses! They don't get as gunky as others I have tried.

Oh yes I want to try Dolce Vita too.

I would also recommend dolce vita ( both gloss and L/S) but if you want to try a cheaper alternative, covergirls blushberry trushine lipstick is a dupe IMO.

Baby Doll lip laquer is my favorite. Its thick! So beware if you dont like thick glosses and it comes in a pot. Its a very pretty subtle red toned pink. Very pretty.

Some of the lipglosses have a heavy plastic smell....wish they smelled like MAC Lipglasses....but I would like to suggest NARS Chihuahua, Stolen Kisses, and Boogie Nights.

NARS is great if you like creamy nudes and pinks.

I love Nars Turkish Delight, Giza, and Orgasm lipglosses. Your coloring is very similar to mine so I think any warm color would look great on you. I especially love corals and pinks.

They are stinky and don't last very long on me..way overpriced too! I love everything else from the line though
