Newbie w/ MAC questions - NEED HELP!

Hi Ladies & Gents! I am newly addicted to MAC and quickly becoming confused, overwhelmed and quite poor.... There are so many collections, my head is swimming, I WANT IT ALL! Can you please help me narrow my shopping list and tell me what you, the experts, are NOT planning on buying?

I am currently loving the Dazzleglasses and Mineral Eyeshadows from Red She Said, not quite sure if I am talented enough w/ makeup to try Metal Urge, really excited about Chill and planning on skipping Dame Edna entirely due to the fact that I am not overly thrilled with the colors.

I am a single Mom of 3 1/2 year old twin daughters and have about 15 minutes to apply makeup in the mornings. I love the mineral products because they blend easily, can be applied quickly and look great. I like to buy all or most of collections because it makes it easier for me to mix and match. Those single products that I do buy, I often don't use simply because I don't know what colors to pair it with. I would appreciate any help and advice you can offer, THANK YOU!

Since your just starting out I'd say the most valuable it going to be foundation, and eyeshadows. They are some of MAC's best products although they may not be the best out they are fantastic. Eyeshadow palettes are the best route to get many colors for cheap. Also if you are into brushes try the brush sets. (I just started getting to MAC and I've got 3 {SE - special edition} brush sets already....Also if you can get to a CCO {Cosmetic Company Outlet - some are called Cosmetic Company Store} the you can save anywhere from 30-60% on MAC products and often times find old collection brand new there.
