NKOTB-- what do you think?

When I heard NKOTB were "coming back" I have to admit I was pretty excited. I absolutely loved them like any girl my age. I'm 29 now and I think it's great they are trying to make a comeback, but it's probably more for nostalgic reasons than anything else. I think they all look great too. Jonathan was my favorite and I still think he's the best looking now. I would like to see them in concert again and so would my best friend. I don't know that I really like their new single all that much, but I would be interested to hear their new album just to see if it's any good.
How about you ladies? What's your opinion of their "comeback"?

I think that there new album is going to be awesome! They have a lot of big name producers working with them. NKOTB can do no wrong in my book! I can't wait to see them when they come to Seattle in November. My sister and I are going to go nuts!

Hilly Pie is going to hate me for this post, but I'm over them. I'm not at all excited about the "comeback." I want to say they were hot in my elementary school years, and I don't need to relive them years

As an old fan, I think they should have done that before.
Now, I think not as much people they'd would like to will go to the concerts...
5 years ago, I would have totally went to the show
But now, it just sounds to me they needed money or something like that. I remember watching a show, like 2 years ago, from MTV I think. A guy was trying to re-form old groups for one concert, for the show, and I remember that Danny was really not into it, he was rude

I think they had their time to shine 20 years ago, and now their fanbase has probably outgrown them. It seems almost desperate; a few of them tried solo careers that didn't go very far (But I still jam to Jordan Knight's "Give it to you" even if it's a nasty song I shouldn't have been listening to at 14, I'm old enough now! lol) so I think they probably just need the extra income. Times are tough these days, even if you were huge in the 80s and 90s.

They're holding a concert here in November and I so would love to come.

I think most people that like them are pretty much in their 20s now, which is pretty funny. But yes it's probably more for a "nostalgic" reason.

I've got my ticket for the San Antonio show!!!

I loved these guys back in the day and never had the chance to see them. But now, I'm independent, have my own job/money...seeing them in concert will be closure for me.

It's ok to disagree
I was speaking for myself and I think that here, in Montreal, they wont sell as much tickets as back in the days... I just checked on admission.com and you can still buy tickets on the 11th row, on the floor...
