No label and batch code on Pigment???

I read somewhere that pigments will always be labelled and the batch code will be available.

I saw these, some of which had names directly printed on the jar??? Does authentic MAC pigments come in this way?

The was also a A09 in the second link which is similar to a fake one I saw in Yahoo.
