I'm new to specktra...I was looking for reviews on a pigment, and found this site thanks to Google, and I was hooked! I'm really looking forward to everything the site has to offer

PS I'm a university student on a budget, so any tips on how to save money/avoid splurging (too much lol) on makeup would really be appreciated

PS: Tips on saving the peso, set a limit on your budget for makeup. Ask yourself 'will I use this item? Do I have something similar? Is there a dupe?' especially when it comes to Limited Ed stuff! Its very easy to get caught up in the hype of things when it comes to new collections and you've joined us beautiful souls here who are quite partial to enabling now and again.
