mm.. my car got broken into a few months ago.. all my stuff was gone, everything I had worked hard for,someone decided they deserved it more. they even took things like lip gloss, Cheap sunglasses and a practically empty bottle of perfume (wtf??) along with my stereo, 2 -12 inch sub woofers and Amplifier. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY F****n House! Now I have an extremely loud and obnoxious alarm.
Did your friends purse get Stolen ? or did they break the window and decide to leave? $175 is a lot for a passenger side window,(I've paid that for a windshield) no matter what kind of car it is,. don't take it to a dealer. call around, and you might be able to find a place that has it for cheaper.I don't know what to say about your friend. just dont take her anywhere anymore.

Where is So.Cal do you live? That sucks about your car,I am sorry.
I live in the Palm Springs area and we have a lot of criminal types
released into Desert Hot Springs, they all get dumped off there when they go on parole.
Yeah they stole her purse that had her car keys,house keys,
DL, SS card. So now they know where she lives and have her car keys.
I told her to call in about her SS card and she acted like it was no big deal.She is a dingbat.
Yeah I can't take her anywhere I suppose. Yeah I think 175.00 is a lot
but I had to get it put in asap.
Well this is just a reminder that we have to be so careful,
and be on "retard patrol" when you are around your less than bright
friends shall we say.

I am in the Santa Barbara area of California
It creeped me out for a while.. knowing someone I didn't know was snooping thru my things. I had to deep clean the whole interior. :shivers:

Yeah that was pretty tacky of them to steal your perfume, etc.
I mean some people are such lowlifes.
My sisters house was robbed a few years back and they dumped practically all the drawers out, and stole every stich of my brother in laws clothing and shoes. We have a great alarm at my house.
Just a few weeks ago someone was on the driveway snooping around
in my friends car. We called the cops, I could not believe some one would have the balls to do that in broad daylight.
Yeah my friend is quite inconsiderate and selfish. I will never take her anywhere again. She has a lot of maturing to do.

Sorry to hear about that. That really sucks. I hope your friend decides to pony up some cash to help out.
I haven't personally been burgalarized, but mom has. This guy broke into my mom's house on a day she happened to forget to set the alarm. The dumbass took her cell phone and a dish that had some foreign coins in it. He probably thought he hit it big. Well, the coins were worth about $11. She just kept them as momentos of her travels.
They finally caught the guy as he used the cell phone he stole from my mom. The genius called his parole officer with it. Duh! Another funny twist, turns out he went to high school with my brother and I. I knew who it was. I always wonder what he was thinking as he crept down the hallway that displayed pictures of me and my brother.
