I ordered a few things from the UK website and instead of receiving a certain eyeshadow.. I got a lipstick! (which I think would look terrible on me)
I've emailed them - but I'm not sure where to go from here.
I'm all new to this! Any advice would be great.

I find they sometimes take a few days to reply to emails. Perhaps try phoning the customer service number on the top of the paperwork that came with the order? I did that when they didn't send all of my order and they were really helpful.
No because the blusher had sold out although it wasn't saying that on the site when I ordered it and it obviously let me order! But they did refund me. To be honest, I think the website can be a bit useless like that, for moonbathe they've got all of the swatches the wrong way round. I hope you get it all sorted out though! I just received an order from them and everything was right this time
