i really like beauty powders. i have three of them, both of the Novel Twist ones and another one from a CCO. anywho, i usually use them over my blush and cheekbones to add a little more shimmer. i once tried it over my whole face and i didn't really like that, but i'm sure it can work with someone elses skin tone. hth!
