NW15 - What colors to use for smokey eye?

I have green eyes, light brown hair, & I am very fair skinned (NW15). I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for colors to use for a smokey eye? Thanks!

Also, I read great reviews for blankety on MUA for fair skinned girls. What do y'all think?

I have pretty much the exact same coloring that you do and I love using copperplate and typographic for a grey smoky eye. I also like using satin taupe for a smoky eye. A great smoky eye for green eyes is using puples like earthly riches mineralize eye shadow.

Blankety is my go to nude. It is a great staple to have.

Blankety is a gorgeous colour for fair skin! For another few lovely nude L/S shades, I'd recommend are Hue and Hug Me.
I have green eyes too and very pale skin, and for smokey eyes I like to stick with browns, rusts, navys and deep purples.

For example, for a brown smokey eye I'd use warm red toned brown to bring out the green of my eyes - I like to use Vanilla pigment as a highlight, Satin Taupe E/S all over the lid and lower lashline, blending it out with Kid E/S and adding contour and depth with Handwritten or Espresso E/S. (All MAC ^_^)
And just as extra for a navy I like Pink Opal pigment as a highlight, and the E/S shades Nehru, Deep Truth and Contrast.

i love doing a smokey purple and blook look for nights out - i use deep truth on the lid, violet pigment in the crease, smoke it out with carbon in the outer v and use vellum shadow to highlight.

but i also love doing green smokey eyes with antiqued green pigment, deep blue green in the crease and dazzlelight shadow to highlight.

i've not got blankety but i do have hue and think that's an awesome neautral colour

Thanks for the responses, girls! I went out & bought Blankety today.

Any ideas on which NYX shadows would match the suggestions y'all made? I'm kinda broke right now so I'm going for the cheaper alternative (if possible) until next payday.

NYX makes an awesome black that i reach for more than carbon, i also have green eyes and am NW 15

I have hazel eyes with more yellow than green. In order to bring out the green I do a smokey purple/burgundy eye.. I love Shadowy Lady for the outer V (darkened by some Carbon) Yogurt for the inner corner /tearduct highliter, blanc type for the brow highlight, and Bobbi Brown Heather on the lid.. I love how it looks and it is all matte for daytime

The NYX dupe for Satin Taupe is apparently iced mocha (altho i haven't seen it)

Also the Wet n Wild sand castle palette has a similar shade
