NW45+: What are you sculpting with?

Newbie here! I'm an NW47, and I was wondering what you ladies are using to sculpt and highlight? I was on MAC Chat, and the lady suggested that I use an NW55 Foundation stick and Fawntastic Cream Color base. I'm still new to makeup, but this didn't seem quite right. Can ya'll chime in?

It's harder to contour too much on darker skin tones. You can try the nw55 studio stick for a slight contour like the mac chat artist said, but I would really focus on highlighting. Improper Copper is a gorgeous highlighting cream color base as well.

I contour (when ever I actually think about it) with the NW 55 studio stick. My highlight colors vary with the season, but are usually some form of a mineralize skin finish. Im an NC 50 for reference.
