NYX jumbo pencil drying out eye lids?

I got the coastal scents 88 palette for christmas so i also picked up a NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk to use as a base ever since my eye lids have been getting really dry and almost burning

ive never had problems with dry skin/lids so i was wondering anyone else had this problem with the nyx pencil or coastal scents shadows and if theres anything i can do before using them to make it stop ha id hate to stop using both of them cause i really like how the pencil really makes the CS e/s really bright and bold, and theyre both brand new

I have the Jumbo Eye Pencils from NYX but they never dried out my eyes. They do crease throughout the day though. You might have gotten a bad pencil since they are usually very creamy.

I can't say I've ever had this problem. I use UDPP first and then usually use Milk or Paintlery Paint Pot from MAC. Nothing has ever dried my eyes out. But I do have naturally oily lids. Perhaps put a primer underneath the Milk and see if it helps? As it would be a barrier between the two of them and maybe rub it on your finger and apply it to your eye that way so as not to pull on your eye and irritate it?
