Oh the horror, macpro got my whole order wrong!

Okay, it was my first time ordering from the pro number and i ordered French Violet, Bright Fuchsia, and Chartreuse. Well they sent me violet, fuchsia and true chartreuse. I'm so frustrated, they even repeated the order back to me and it was okay. So now i have to send the whole thing back and wait another 32040850 days to get the right thing. Oh and to top it off they sent me a viva glam postcard creased and folded into 2 halves when the box was big enough to set it in there!!
Has anyone else had an experience with the pro line?

interesting they're making you send it back.
When A Muse came out, that happened to another member on her (her order was wrong) and they let her keep the whole thing....


I'd be annoyed myself though.

did you call the costumer service line ?

Ive had several of my orders come wrong

the first time i asked them what they wanted me to do with the mistake product and they said keep it.

Also they sent out my correct product on overnight mail.

And i didnt have to ask for any of that. But it was also quite a big order. So i dont know

but i always find that i have alot more luck calling on the phone and talking to them then going through email. You can make things alot more clear.

They sent me a piece of paper that was titled "Returns and Exchanges", hmm.
Maybe i'll call them and ask them what's going on.

I've had several orders screwed up, and they've never asked me to send back! Whether it be broken or unwanted/mistaken items, they're always great about it, and I almost always get a replacement within a day or two!

MAC Pro screwed my order up once (the whole thing - over $150 even with my 40% discount), and they told me just to keep it, and sent me out my correct order.

if you returned it, they'd have to throw it away even if you didn't open it, so if they didn't let you keep it it'd be stupid of them. lol

it's like at a restaurant..it's ridiculous when the waitstaff gets your order wrong and then takes the food away.. you might as well leave it on the table in case someone wants it, unless you just like feeding the trash can that much more lol

I ordered from the Pro line on Monday (Sept 25)and got the Shipment today(9/29.) They got all $160 of it right. I got kind of scared at first cause the rep said my address didn't exist. What a sigh of relief! I hope you get your correct order soon.
