Ohh Y me,.. Cant I fell in love with something not LE?

Okay,.. so I went to the CCO and I found a Go Lightly,.. I didnt even realize that this was from 2003! I tried it on an it was instant love,.. I mean I actually even loved it more than Pink Clash, Nymphette,..all my light goldy pinks,... but now after about a week it is starting to get that spoiled smell or did lipglasses not used to smell like they do now in 2003,..I have a very sensitive nose so it probably is not gone yet if it is spoiling but I have never had a lipgloss of any brand do that,.. is there any way to save it,..Anything I can do?? As far as I know they have not repromoted..

Please don't tell me I must have a burial and grief stricken mourning period for this already after a weeks worth of love affair!!!!

You've only had it for a week??? If so, I'd try taking it back to the CCO. Even though it's an older gloss, if it had never been opened it shouldn't be spoiling in just a week!

all I can think of is try putting it in the fridge ....

I heard this helps keep lipgloss fresh but it's already going back I would take it back to the CCo and see if they will exchange it.

Hmmm,.. that is a 45 minute drive,..Maybe I will go this weekend,...It just irks me,.. I LOVE this color! It has excceded it's listed shelf life,.. so does it being open or not make a difference? I really have never dealt with that,.. I go through it sooo fast,..

Did you get it from the CCO in Edinburg? I bought one there in January and the same thing happened. It smelled funny fairly quickly. I also bought a Shimmermint at the same time and the damn things broken. It just keeps clicking and never comes up! AARRGGG!!
It's also a 45 minute drive for me so I don't know when I can return them.
