oil control lotion

okay so i have oily skin. like mid day im shiny !! lOl

now i was recommended to use the oil control lotion
and blotting powder. i have the powder i just need the
lotion.

does it really work to control the oil ??
or do you have any other recommendations ??

An MA gave me a sample of oil control lotion, and I'd never used moisturizer because I found that it made me greasy. Oil Control Lotion helped hydrate my skin, but sank in super fast and eliminated the oil on my skin. So yes, definitely worth the purchase, but maybe you should get a sample first to see how you like it on your face?

i know a few people who have used the oil control lotion and they said it didnt even do anything

It works. It mattifies the skin and provides a layer between your skin and makeup so the oils don't slide everything away.

My favorite oil control lotions are by MAC and Origins.

i have super oily skin and i've been using clinique dramatically moisturizing gel for years now. b/c i have such oily skin, i never felt the need to moisturize the skin but this gel really helps to control my oil. face/make up products always work differently on different people, so it's just a suggestion that you can try.

I used to use the Clinique Dramatically Moisturizing Gel,
and I love the way it moisturizes and all that. But I dont
think it didnt anything for my oiliness.
