I used both! I have under-eye circles so after putting on concealer & foundation, i always just dust a bit of the medium natural msf under my eyes and also on any red spots on my face (nose area or if theres a blemish). Before i got hooked on the shimmery msf's i just used the natural msf all over my face as well but now after foundation, i use gold spill a lot now. I only have Gold Spill, Global Glow, & Naked You.

Hmmm, well I have recently realized that I don't really like the shimmer MSFs very much. Weird, I know. I rarely reach for any of them and I have quite a few. I'm hoping since I LOVE my BB Gold Shimmerbrick, I will like New Vegas. I haven't seen it in person so we'll see. So between the two I perfer BB Shimmerbricks. So right now I'd go for natural MSF. MAC REALLY needs to release some darker shimmer MSFs like yesterday!

i use them both - they're not really comparable. that's saying you can only get one - foundation or blush... they're just used for totally different things!

i use the MSF naturals a lot as my setting powder because they make me look airbrushed, weee! i use the different shimmery ones over it or under it, depending on the look i'm going for...

you can find comparable products from other lines for both, though. shimmer is super easy to come by anywhere.

If I could wear the MSF (my skin is too oily and they make me look like an oil slick) I would definitely go for the natural one.

If you have neither, start out with the natural, it's probably something you'd resort to more every day.

I love my shimmer MSFs just as much as my natural MSF, but if I had to choose one it'd be natural. It's an everyday staple for me. I use the 187 with it and wear it over SFF; it makes my skin look amazing.

If you want your money to go farther, get the msf natural. The shimmers aren't something you can wear regularly. They're a nice treat if you can afford it tho!

I like the MSF shimmers better because I like the versatility of it. My Estee Lauder loose powder gives me good enough effect as finishing powder that I rather use the money for a bit "glamor".
