Old style MAC Taupe eye shadow?

Hey guys, I didn't know where else to ask this, so this seemed like the place! My Mom has a MAC eye shadow called Taupe and it is the large size (3g, blush size) in a flip top container (I double checked that it was eyeshadow, and not the Taupe blush). I cannot find info on this anywhere though - was this discontinued, or limited edition? Any more information on this would be helpful, thank you!

It's the real deal. I have one as well. They used make a large-sized eye shadows. They got rid of those around the time the made the pots flip-top rather than screw on, IIRC.

Thanks for the help! Do you recall if they retailed the same as the current MAC eye shadows? I would guess they retailed for more, given the size - but I wasn't sure!
