Has anyone ever returned something they ordered over maccosmetics.com? If so, can you trade it in for something else?

I'd like to return my Mystical Mist e/s because I swatched it after ordering and it looks just like a shade I have. Could I trade it in, for let's say, a lustreglass? The difference is $.50

I'm not 100% sure about MAC, but usually with returns where you're exchanging they charge your CC for the difference. (or refund you the difference, whatever the case may be.) I know it doesn't answer your question exactly, but hopefully it helped a little
