Opaque lips

I was wondering if there was a product, MAC or other company, who sells something to give my lips an opaque look when I wear l/s.

I rarely wear l/s because it fades away quickly...

A base?
Creme stuff?
Lip liner all over the lips doesnt work on me

I heard about a MAC product that give's the colors another look... I know it's not very clear, I just don't know the name of that product.

Thank you!

Could you be talking about Lip Erase? It's a pro product that neutralizes your natural lip color so that any gloss or lipstick you put over it appears more true to color.

My vote is for MAC Prep&Prime Lip. It gives a velvey base which l/s and gloss clings too really well without altering the color. The problem with MAC lip erase is that you risk changing some of your l/s and l/g colors. I would only use lip erase if you have deeply pigmented lips and want to diminish the natural color of your lips that might otherwise interfere with the lip color you want (for example, if you want nude lips but your natural lip color is a deeper wine).
Put on MAC Prep&Prime Lip, line then fill in lips with MAC Creamstick Liner (in your choice of color)--don't worry, the Prep&Prime lip will help the liner cling pretty darn well. Top with a MAC Satin or Matte l/s--Frosts and Lustres tend to be more sheer. HTH!

Ho thank you so much!
I subscribed to the thread and never received any message that people answered.

Anyway, Prep & prime lips, that's it!!!!

I've personally never tried Lip Erase or Prep and Prime but BENEFIT cosmetics has a product called "Lip Plump"? It's a beautiful nude colour that's supposed to act as a plumper... I didn't see any plumping effect but it gave a PERFECT semi-matte nude lip that's not drying at all.

I was just going to say, Lip Erase from the MAC Pro store works wonders for that!

I've tried Lip Erase, which works great, but my Select Cover-up works just as well, and I don't have to buy two products!
