OPI a new addiction...

This may not be the right forum for nail polish- is it body care or is it makeup ? I got my first bottle of OPI nail polish and I'm loving it, I got "mauving to manitoba" in honor of my ornamentalism and naturally eccentric goodies - so pretty. I love nail polish but I have a nice sized collection right now, I think I may have to switch and pick up more opi I love the variety of colors and shades. Oh I'm such a product whore. I need to go to ulta again, already.

Same here! I love the OPI and Essie colors for this fall/winter. I had to hunt down Lincoln Park After Dark when that came out, it sold that fast. It's replaced my Chanel Cobra polish which has saddly discontinued. Why is it that the good stuff always gets cut? It drives me nuts!

You should get Bubble Bath if you don't already have it. It's a French Manicure-in-a-bottle!

I'm a big fan too! Provided you apply a good base coat, these wear like a dream and don't seem to chip as much as other brands I've tried.

I've found that using the opi base/top coat actually makes it chip more! as long as I buff my nails, I can put on two coats straight and it will last for weeks with minimal chipping and long lasting shine

OPI is totally worth every cent. It lasts longer for me, and goes on well. I just rediscovered some bottles I had forgotten about, and I'm in love all over again. Great variety and awesome names, lol.

I love OPI polish. I'm a licensed nail technician and we were trained with OPI products so I appreciate the quality of the product. Also Essie and Cuccio are wonder nail care brands.

i think i asked this question before but i'll ask it again cuz i dont think i got an answer... anyways... i love opi colors but someone told me (the lady that does my mom's nails) that they are REALLY bad for your nails...

and another thing, how much do they cost???

My n/p are mostly OPI. I love OPI but there is a couple of shades that are very sheer. I got You Ottaware Purple because it looked like a vibrant purple shade but it's really sheer and doesn't show up like I expected. Any recs for a similar shade?

I've never heard of that before...
Anyway. They cost about $6 or $7.

I have one O.P.I and I have mainly Revlon and Mary Kay (these two last the longest for me and I take pity on My MK friend because I won't buy anything but foundation and nail polish, :) ) I do want to add some pretty pinks and berry colors to my opi collection.
