So I have a very bright orange and yellow prom dress...And purple-pink with very dark brown hair,
I'm an NC-15,
Dark brown eyes,
Black lashes and brows...
I really need some make-up suggestions!

I would do neautrals on the upper lid. Maybe start with Beige-ing as your base then add Tempting to your lid with Era on the outer part of the lid and Embark in the crease with Shroom to highlight. But then, I would us a matching orange eyeshadow to line the bottom lash line. Say, Budding beauty or just plain Orange. Hope that helps and hope that you have a blast.
Oh, I would use a nice pinky skin toned lippie with that and just a tad of blush.

Prom Make up...
Here's my suggestion....
Go with a sexy wash of Steamy all over those beautiful brown eyes to make them pop and add in Motif for a nice highlight and contrast. Do a nice peachy pink cheek, with Peachykeen and a gloss like Wonderstruck or Lychee Luxe....
