I forgot how good this mascara looks!

*Ben Nye Tangerine e/s wet on lid and along lower lashline
*MAC Melon pigment to highlight
*WnW Black liquid liner
*Maybelline Full n Soft WP mascara
*MAC Brun e/s to fill brows

LIPS:
*SK Happy Go Lucky sheer l/g

how do you make everything so simple look so elaborate and carefully done?

I think the secret is using the e/s wet...it shows up so much brighter and cleaner-looking than it does dry

I dip my e/s brush in a little bit of MAC Mixing Medium (but I think water works just as well) and then in the shadow, then pat it on (as opposed to sweeping it on)

ooh thanks so much. i've tried doing that once but my brush wouldn't pick up the color

I used mac's small angled brush
(or maybe it was because the hepcat e/s i bought was really crappy. i had to return that one even though the color is gorgeous in the pot
