Order of the Phoenix

I wanted to wear something kinda different/special to go see the new Harry Potter movie, so when I asked Jake for suggestions, this is basically what he said. So, I did this look just for him.

The movie was pretty good. Not as much action as most of the other HP movies, but it did a great job translating the book to film. The casting, as usual, was just perfect! Dolores Umbridge was just as loathsome as she was in the book, and Luna Lovegood was just angelic!

HAHA. I just read the comments to Jake and told him, "Everybody loves the red liner. You did a hit, baby." He said, "Of course I did. Because I'm brilliant." he's so modest, too.

Thanks, y'all!!!

very dramatic and perfect for harry potter! i'm glad you enjoyed the movie.

i notice you use a lot of everyday minerals e/s. how do you think they compare the mac pigments? the colors look great on you. i think i might be interested in trying some out.

Honestly, I've never used any MAC pigments, so I don't know.

I have one MAC compact shadow, and the EDM e/s work just as well and stay just as well as that. I use UDPP as a base. My e/s looks pretty much the same when I come home in the afternoons as it does in the mornings.

EDM shadows are my favorites out of all the mineral ones I've tried except MAD. Actually, I'd probably put those two side-by-side.

That seals the deal -- I'm definitely going to be doing some online shopping at work today. Let the fun begin! Thanks!

I have almost all of EDM's e/s, so if you have questions about them, let me know. The swatches on their website are AWFUL, but the descriptions are pretty good.
