Ordering from the London pro store by phone

Helloo,

I was just wondering if anyone had any experiences with ordering pro products from the London store by phone. I'm in Edinburgh and neeeeed so many things from the pro store, but going down there just for that isn't really an option. I was given the phone number by one of the people in Harvey nicks, and I was just curious about postage prices/delivery times and stuff, and how easy they are to deal with, because sometimes I get flustered over the phone!

Given that the Pro Store also runs the UK mail order business you won't have any problems.

^^more or less the same as on the mac site, depends what delivery u have or usually by how much the stuff weighs, not sure:uhh

Postage from the pro store depends on what you order. Its a bit of a pain as they never seem to give an order total until you've actually placed the order so you never know the full total until you get the parcel!!!! They'll give you a 'guesstimate' but thats never really guaranteed to be that accurate!

They're quite fast although sometimes a lot of the products can be out of stock and they do sometimes miss items off your order altogether!!!

Other than that they're quite good!

No. Anybody can buy from the pro store. You just can't get the discount.

I just called them this morning about ordering some empty palettes. They said standard P&P is £4

Ooh Cool. Even though its not that hard for me to get to its sometimes takes me out of my way when I'm shopping as its not close enough to M&S or the big Boots and I like to do everything in one trip

Iv ordered before using my pro preffered card. It was fine though, they were really helpful! Just speak clearly!
