I use their Reflection Perfection foundation and I love it. I have very oily skin and this foundation has been a blessing for me!! I also have a few of their lip glosses and they are pretty decent, but I'm still partial to MAC's lipglasses and lustreglasses!!

I actually have a couple of their foundations & have always liked the "More Coverage" liquid foundation. Their oil control liquid foundation is really good, too. I have some in a tube that is ok, but not creamy enough or something.
I also use their concealer that comes in a little metal tube, and I like that real well.
They have good powder, too, and a compact powder that's a heavy consistency like Studio Fix. I like it a lot.
AND....I like their eye and lip pencils!

Hi! This is my first post! I work for origins (but I'm a closet MAC ho!). I really love origins foundations, bronzers, glosses and blushes. The shadows are ok, but are all softer colors. Theres nothing wild and fun about the line. It is good makeup however and have never had a breakout due to it. It is an EL company and the blushes and shadows depot nicely into MAC palettes.

Originsgirl,
I've been pretty faithful to the liquid foundation "More Coverage," and I also like the oil-control I mentioned, but I'll mention to you, since you work for them, that I think they were ahead of the times with the "As Good As It Gets" powder stuff!!! I bought it when it was first out, but wasn't real sure what to do with it. It said to use dry, wet, or mix with your foundation. THEN...about the time they were deciding to discontinue it!....I figured out by mixing a little with foundation in my T-zone it kept it oil-free and made my makeup last forever without fading/melting. I fell in love with it, & thought I should go hoard some more, but was told it was nowhere to be found anymore. Now that mineral makeup powder stuff seems to be going great guns, they really should reconsider taking that off the market!!! I think it was just too early, but would work now that people are getting used to mineral powder stuff.

Their mascara(I think the one I have is called "Full Story") is fabulous.

I use a lot of their skincare and ADORE it, but the makeup I've tried from them is pretty damn good stuff.

i have their Halo Effects and LOVE that, so does all my friends who seem to get their hands into my makeup kit...LOL.

i never get a breakout when i use their products, but the even the mousurizing foundation is WAY to drying for me (i still use it when my skin is being extra sensitive). Its nice that it doesnt smell all chemically too.

Ooh its great.

Its the best product for giving that really pretty subtle glowy l/dewy look. Its the only one i have found that is not all glittery or obvious. People dont know that you are wearing something that is giving you a glow you just look healthy warm and dewy. Its like tightlining for bronzers or face shimmers (no one really knows its there, you just look better). A tiny bit goes a long way, i put a little bit over my foundation and under my blush. But friends and family i have had looking for a good 'shimmer effect' or illuminator that doesnt look like you covered parts of your face in glitter or bronzer LOVE IT. After putting it on them, they went out and bought it the next day. i bought it at the Origins store in SF Ca, at the big mall on or near Market street. Its one of my favorite products that i cant live without. i am really pale too, and it still looks natural.

Hope that helps.

i have never used strobe cream.
The origins Halo Effect is not a moisturizer or base for foundation though. Its more of something you would put over foundation or on your bare skin. i cant really compare the two past that. But i think its worth a try, i havent had anyone not like it yet, and i have used it on a ton of our models, and i actually found it when my MUA put it on me and all my fiance could say is "you look so happy and glowy what did she do?" (i had never really worn and illuminator before simply because i couldnt find one that didnt look fake). If anything you could go to an origins counter or store and get a sample. If you dont have access to that, its still worth the buy without trying. i have the gold one as opposed to the pink one...but i will probably be getting that as well.

i will try to upload a sample of me or someone i know wearing it in a couple secs...i gotta find a pic of that.

So, i have not really used yahoo photos much. i generally just upload straight to my websites. Here is a link to my album, i stuck in some pics of my models wearing some of the origins...some of it is put on heavier and some lighter. Also there are studio lights pointing at these girls, so that can make it appear a little different than regular daylight, but hopefully it helps. Both these girls are blonde, i am brunette, but i have the same exact skin tone as the girl with longer hair. Also, these are not supermodels, it is alternative modelling...

i hope it works....if it doesnt you can PM me on yahoo at daddyslittledarling83 and i will try to get them to you on that.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, i was just going to say that it gives the glow that i always imagined "oh she is glowing" when a woman is pregnant would look like...even though i never managed to glow naturally when i was pregnant...just looked tired..LOL.

When their Underwear for Lids first came out, I remember reading that celebrities were using them, there is also their Underwear for Lashes.

I must confess I've ignored my U'wear for Lids since I discovered MAC paints. It was too shimmery for me, and also, this was before the U'wear came in different shades. They are gorgeous neutral colours though.
