Do you mean the hot dogs? Oscar Mayer is a brand of hot dogs/bologna? They're pretty famous for their Weinermobile, which is a big bus/truck that looks like a hot dog? Is that what you mean?

I am a grown-up (so they say) and I will only eat Oscar Mayer weiners. I hate hot dogs but at a family cookout---I will make an exception for Oscar Mayer. Must be my parents fault. That or the Weinermobile and childhood memories!
