package not arriving?

i recently ordered online and my order was processed and shipped with no problems, however i never received the package. i checked the UPS website and it said it was delivered on 1/09/2009 at 4:48. i then looked at the customer service section of UPS and they said i need to contact the shipper to resolve the issue, so i sent MAC an email and am waiting for a response. anyway, has anybody had a similar issue like this and how did you correct it?

I would actually call the MAC customer service number on the website. I had an issue with my shipment last week. I called and talked to someone right away, and she fixed the problem and I received my items with 2nd day shipping, no cost.

a friend of mine has the same issue. she ordered online about 2 weeks ago..said it was shipped and delivered yet she never got it. she's waiting to hear back from mac as well. Ill tell her to call the c/s line. weird.

I wonder if they are having problems? I ordered on Wednesday and have yet to recieve any kind of email that my order has even been processed. Usually they send one once it ships but I will give it at least until Wednesday.

Definitely call customer service about this. You'll get a response from an actual person much faster than with an email which can days for a response. I doubt theres much to worry about though, MAC has excellent customer service from my experience.

UPS never ceases to amaze me......Their driver probably delivered it to the wrong address, but you have to call MAC. Go figure. This happened to me before. I posted it here. The package was in my neighbor's bush.
