Paint Can?

Anyone have an idea how rare the Get Swept Away With Stila (convertible) paint can is? I'm purchasing it off of someone and have no clue what to offer. Any suggestions?

Paint cans are the cans that are for storing items correct? Were they limited edition at some point in time?

IIRC That paint can was a Nordies exclusive. It came with a convertible color and a shimmer powder? (can't remember exactly on the other item) in the can. There was a "warm" and a "cool" set.
