Parsley Sage and Swinging?

I went to a MAC store this weekend and saw two eyeshadows that I hadn't seen before. Swinging and Parsley Sage. I had heard of Parsley Sage but not Swinging. When did these come out and when were they discontinued? were they sought after or no? I was looking at them, thought both of them were ug but still wanted them just because I knew they were discontinued. but I passed because I thought they were truly horrendous.

they also Had Rio De Rosa, which I got because it's purty.

Ummmm... Old school! Parsley Sage came out with Peacenik in 02. I can't remember what Swinging came out with, but its fairly old as well. Give me a minute and it may pop into my brain.

hm...well thank you very much. I can't beleive they are like 3-4 years old, and they still have like a billion of them. If you're interested in buying them, this was at the freestanding store at Beverly Center in LA or Beverly Hills I can't remember which city, but it's a big ass mall w/ bloomingdales.

Ooh, I've heard of Parsley Sage and knew it was ancient...it's amazing that they still have them in stock at that place you were at.

Mind you once collectors read this thread they might magically disappear!

LOL - Peacenik was one of my favorite collections. I actually cut class to go to MAC and buy it the day that it came out.

I still wear Parsley Sage with Rosemary and Thyme eye pencil.
They also had gorgeous paints with that collection too. Snapshot maybe? I seriously bought both eye khols (Dig it! and Rosemary & Thyme), the Norwegian Wood sheer shimmer powder, Peacenik lipstick, Rainbeau lacquer, etc.

It was just beautiful - a total switch from Black Tied which was their holiday collection in 2001.

My only disappointment is that I wasn't that into MAC in 2001 and early 2002 when Peacenik came out (i was just starting), and missed out on Perverted Pearl in January of 02. Although now I have Seedy Pearl by itself and like 2 other quads!
