So I bought Opulet Pearlizer yesterday and I am sooo in love. I also got a sample of pearlette and I am going to buy it on Sunday and I might as well bye the other one (I don't wanna split the fam up ya know)...

Opulent is sooo pretty!!! I love it... it's such a pretty cheek color and I think it would be a pretty lip color which leads me to my question... is it lip safe???

Any tips on how to apply it. I used a 187 brush but it was still too heavy. I find loose products a nightmare.

i tapped a little bit of product onto the cap and then used the 187... but i tapped excess off on the lid and then swiped lightly on my hand first and then it was just enough... it came out so pretty... im starting to love loose powders... to me they seem easy to work with now... i dont know...

I'm so glad I decided to get one! I panicked when I heard the earlier ones weren't so crash-hot but the colour is made for me! Though I don't think I'm as dark as you, sxychika (an observation of course!).

Darn nabbit! You just make me want mine more! Waiting for it to arrive in the post...

I hope the pearlizers are lip safe! I dip my chapstick in a little pile of pearlette then rub it on my lips. I love this stuff, it works everywhere I put it.

That's what I find too. I get a big blobby streak of it where I first set my brush, and then it's super heavy.

If you are familiar with mineral makeup, that is how I apply the pearlizer. I just tip my brush ever so slightly into the powder and swirl it in the cap until it is in the brush good and dust it over my cheeks....opulent is absolutely gorgeous. Thank goodness I was able to swap for it since my financial situation right now would not have allowed me to purchase it!

I used it on my eyes like shadow and I just put a little on the lid and used a reg e/s brush to put it on... just make sure to tap any excess off like with pigments... to use it as a blush you do the same (i used 187) and swiped once on my hand before putting on my face to remove extra (i used opulent though which is darker)...
