Pencil Eyeliner

I need a good drugstore waterproof pencil eyeliner. I've been using Covergirl Perfect Point and it doesn't work good. About 3 hours after I put it on, its smudged down. Know a good one?

try styli style eyeliners (if you can find them

my ulta stopped carrying it!)
Those last foreverrr on me! I love them! Especially the flat pencil, i get a perfect line each time!
