Penultimate Liner is my new best friend <3

Fluidline, move to the back of the line, Penultimate is my new friend.
Seriously, I love this thing so much. Granted its nothing new, but I've never used a felt liner SO dark before, its absolutely amazing. The only downside, is that a gives a slight 'wet' look. Some people may like it, but for me, I prefer a more matte look that Fluidline gives, but maybe its because I'm used to it? Anyway, enjoy!!

This picture is mainly to show how MASSIVE and wild my hair was today haha. It doesn't look particularly big in the picture, but I dried it with a diffuser last night and a new hair product I bought (Umberto Gianni Flirty Curls Scrunching Jelly - drugstore, shock horror!) and j.christ, it was HUGE. It calmed down today a bit, but the first thing my friend said to me tonight was 'Alright Aslan?' haha. Carolion in full effect!

thank you! yep you sure can, my hair is kinda wavy anyway i just wanted it bigger and wavier. just use a low heat and speed and you'll be away.
i'm not sure when its out yet, they had the chill collection out in my local counter (canterbury) on friday so i was like OOOH *buys* hahah. Its not online yet I don't think??

Yep, so easy! You do you have to use the side though not the tip as using the tip makes it very sheer. HTH

very pretty look!! i'm now tempted to get penultimate, but TBH i'm a little skeptical with felt tip liquid liners after I had a bad experience with the one by clinique. then again I was less skilled with lining when I bought it, but still worried. i might just stick with fluidline.

Penultimate looks fab on you! You have just confirmed me needing this before the end of the year! How was it, in applying to your lower lashline and waterline? Whenever I have lined with liquid liners in those areas in the past, it usually stings my eyes.

Wow...well that helps me with my decision whether or not to get it. The ONLY thing I am getting from the chill collection. I use mainly fluidline and I have also gotten my hands on a bottle of Prestige liner. It also has a felt tip and I have to say works like a charm. You used it on your waterline? It didn't burn or anything? By the way... at about the time I reached the comment your friend made "Alright Aslan" I had just taken a swig of soda... needless to say I started laughing mid swallow, it went down the wrong pipe and I almost spat soda at my new flat screen. lol. Ever laugh,cough and choke at the same time? I gotta tell you... it hurts like hell. lol. Thanks for the pictures and the review on the liner!
