Perfect Single Eyeshadow color for green eyes?

Hey all,

I'm wanting to buy a new shadow from MAC, and I don't know which one to get. I have green eyes that sometimes turn hazel depending on the day. Which color should I go for?

honestly i don't think that anybody should buy a shadow based on eye colour. everything looks good with any eye colour. but i think perhaps that club shadow would look nice on you. it is a duochrome that turns from brown to green. very pretty!

^ I agree....if you're looking for something that will compliment your eye color I think a pretty shade of purple will do that. But definitely don't limit yourself to just a few colors because of the color of your eyes.

if you want your eyes to look "greener", you should go for a contrasting colour (opposites on the colour wheel) in your case red or anything with a very warm undertone. i know this might sound crazy, but a touch of Mythology on the centre of your eyelid will give your iris an extra punch. I would use this on every green eyed client that would come into MAC and they all loved it!

Just a wild guess, but I think MAC Trax e/s would be lovely! The purple tone would offset your eye colour beautifully, and the gold shimmer could bring out some of the gold flecks in your eyes
