I'm SO confused, is this permanent or LE? I am somehow under the impression that it's perm. but I'm not sure!!!

and is it REALLY worth getting if it is LE? how similar is it to Pinkarat?

Pinkarat is gold-toned, Petal Pusher has silver shimmer...both pretty similar in color, but not quite...I think I just confused you even more, didn't I???
