Phone interview with clinique

hi everyone, I just finished my interview with Talent plus this past saturday night to be a beauty advisor for Clinique at Macys, i think it went good =)
I was wondering how long does it take usually for them to get back to you if you got the job? also does anyone know what the pay is like? thanks!!
