Hi everyone,

I had a photoshoot (fashion/lingerie/glamourous- but not 'glamour' hehe) and I used studio tech in nc35 (i had st tropez tan on), bb corrector and GA precision retouche under eyes, mac e/s, smoulder tightlined, and lipfusion pink gloss in 'kiss' along with bb shimmerbrick and pale pink on cheeks. Well the shimmerbrick came out really nice as did bb pale bink blush, BUT the concealer looked so cakey under my eyes and in some photos u can see how its settled under my eyes!!!

( and the studio tech just looks very cakey and my face doesnt look smooth at all- u can see my pores a LOT.

I have heard GA foundation LSF is good for photos but im thinking under the hot lights the 'glow' would turn out to be a more ''sweaty'' ''shine'' after 2 mins.

Please pls can anyone rec a good foundation, concealer etc that will look really amazing in photos?

Benefit Boi-ing always looks great on and doesn't get that kind of glowy icky look and it doesn't do the nasty settling in creases business (at least on me) in photographs. I'd check it out -- you can get it at Sephora, most Macy's, Nordstrom, etc.

As for the foundation... I'm not entirely sure what would give you the nicest finish in a photograph.

Hello. I'd probably recommend using MAC's Full coverage. Its cakey too but not porey(if thats even a word!lol) I work as a photographer, and 99% of people use it. It looks flawless and really is good for photos! but i wouldnt recommend you walking the street in it!lol for concealer yep - benefit boi-ing is great! as it MAC select cover up. its really smoooooooth on! :) oh and you cant forget a bit of the old YSL touche eclat (spelling?lol) or MAC studio lights! Dior skinflash etc

show us your pretty pics :)

If you have pore issues, GA's Luminous Silk might enhance them, if you want to opt for a GA Foundation, go for Matte Silk. I wear the new GA Compact Cream Foundation and it's pure love, but it has SPF.

However, the best thing for me would be Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet +, it makes you look completely flawless.

GA is good, it gives a light soft look. But MUFE face and body is perfect, their foundation looks awesome in photos.
