Photoshop possible?

So this is kind of weird, but I'm wondering about something and know nothing of Photoshop so I thought I'd ask here!
I wanna see a photoshopped version of myself but tanner, with lighter hair and lighter eyebrows. Currently I have light skin, near-black hair and dark brown eyebrows. Is that possible in photoshop?
Oh and...maybe please could someone do it for me? I would be so grateful!

Post the pic, if you want and when someone gets around to it I'm sure someone would love to do it. I also think it would be best to get different version of it... some people do things a different way... and you might like it more.
