Okay I was a little more creative this am. Since I am still a zombie until about 11am that is surprising. I always have a hard time getting up since I don't sleep well at all. I am glad it came out pretty well.

Glittergoddess and BlahWah, your FOTDs sound very pretty.

My FOTD:

Foundation: Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation in Blush Ivory
Concealer: Precriptives Camouflage Cream Yellow/Orange Light
Powder: Chantecaille Loose Powder in Subtle
Bronzer: Nars Laguna
Eyes: UDPP, MAC Brule all over lid, Malt in crease, Shroom on lid and brow highlight
Eyeliner: Mac Brun
Brows: Smashbox browtech in Taupe
Cheeks: Nars Gilda
Lips: MAC Caramellow liner on entire lip, NARS Napoli lipstick blended on top
Mascara: Shu Uemura Basic

Neutral and professional, but not boring. Worn with a taupe pantsuit, and my favorite black Marc Jacobs shoes.

Thanks Glittergoddess! Chantecaille's products are expensive, but I think that powder is totally worth the price. A store near me discontinued carrying the line, and they cleared out their inventory with a 50% off sale and i picked up a few goodies.

The lipsticks and eyeshadows were smooth and nicely pigmented, but i just can't justify the price on those (I'm thinking $26 full price on both of those) when I like other brands that are a bit cheaper and more accessible. But they are beautiful and if I feel like splurging, they are worth it.

The loose powder is just the best powder I've ever used. It retails for $50 something, but it is so light, and gives my skin a porcelain doll like finish. I will definitely repurchase this for full price when i run out.
