Yes, available from the Pro store only (but remember the London store does mail order). I think when I bought them a couple of months ago they were £1.50 each. If you do order some and they have stock in, could you let me know because I asked someone to CP me a couple recently and they were out of stock.

The only UK Pro store is in London. The MAC Pro website is www.macpro.com
For UK mail order call 020 7534 9222 and follow the voice prompts for mail order.
They charge for shipping, usually around £5-7 per order but I guess it depends how much you order and how much it weighs.

Sorry, but it's a freestanding store, not a Pro store. There's only one Pro store in the UK.
A freestanding store will sell a wider range of products than a counter, but will not sell Pro products.

but the pro card application form asks for your profession as in the make up/modellin n photo industry, so how do you get a MAC Pro card

You don't get a MAC Pro card unless you are a pro. makeup artist/model/nail tech/photographer etc but all that means is that you can't order online from the MAC Pro website and you can't get the Pro discount. You can still use the MAC Pro website to decide what you want and you can go to any Pro store in person to buy it, or you can mail order it.
To summarise:
1. You need to use makeup professionally in a way recognised by MAC to get a Pro card
2. A Pro card gives you a discount on most MAC products
3. The amount of the discount depends on your exact profession
4. You DO need a MAC Pro card to be able to order from the MAC Pro website
5. You DO NOT need a MAC Pro card to shop in a Pro store
6. You DO NOT need a MAC Pro card to mail order from a Pro store
