which brands has highly pigmented eyeshadows?

Ben Nye is the most highly pigmented ive found, Mac is second and then Nars although i find their prices to be a bit steep so i dont own any myself.

Ben nye definitely....i have 2 nars e/s but they seem just as pigmented as mac to me, urban decay has a few that are pigmented....

Ben Nye and Make Up For Ever have highly pigmented shadows...

Urban Decay. For drug store make up, Milani and Jane have some good ones.

Stage makeup (Ben Nye and this other brand I forget its name) are usually great pigments.

Agreed with BN. But I tell you, La Femme eyeshadows are so pigmented, they can actually stain! Especially the matte shadows. I think they are really great value in the pan form.

Cheap and cheerful.
