An MA at a local counter was telling me about how you can mix pigments with hair gel as well. I tried it and it works! Once it dries, you can brush it out so its not too stiff, and it doesn't fade! I used pink pearl too, and put it all over my hair, and it gave it this beautiful blue sheen.

I'm oddly tempted to try this using Lovely Lily. I don't know why I want to put a lilac streak in my hair, it just sounds fun.

It kind of depends on how you want it to show up, I just took a little spatula and kept on adding it to the gel till it looked pretty saturated. I'll take pictures later to sort of show how much I used.

i did this with my reflects red pigment for my work christmas party. since my hair is blonde/brown it gave it a nice shimmery red sheen. love! i never thought of doing it with pigments though, will have to try today!

What a kewl, definitely easier & a quicker way of adding some color to your hair. Too bad my hair is too dark for that =/
