Hello everyone! I wanted to try threading my eyebrows but, don't really know of any places near me in the Virginia Beach area (can also be in Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk or other close areas). I did a search on the this forum and said to look for any southeast asian or Indian salons because they do a lot of threading but, I'm not familiar with any. I found one place looking on the internet and it said $20 for just eyebrows which is more expensive than waxing for me. Thanks in advance.
