Please help edit my MAC list for a Newbie!

Okay I am new to MAC, especially e/s. I am inspired by the FOTDs of you MAC addicts and made my mac list along the way. I am NC20 with yellow undertones, brown eyes, black hair. I prefer a neutral look.

Shroom
Nylon
Swimming
Humid

Deceptive l/s
Elle l/g

Prep and Prime for face

Are they good to start with? any shades too similar so I could cut it out?

Think they are very nice shades to start with.
I would however, rethink getting Deceptive. I can really wash out cool skin tones. Very nice if you apply it lightly but if you can I would check it out in person. I also suggest getting Bare Canvas Paint to use as base for the eyeshadow.

Sounds pretty good! As co-mod above said, Deceptive might be a little harder to wear (if you could find a similar colour in lustre formula, that'd be more wearable), but you can't go wrong with the IE quad.

I'm nw20 and just wondering myself if Deceptive l/s was perhaps a bad choice on my part. Haven't had the guts to test it out yet!
